This is the end, friends!
1. Lots of great experiences. Love the interactions with all my pals!
2. What stuck out for me were all of the amazing readings I've read. I'll remember going for interviews for my entire life. The interviews were fortunately also the most joyous part and the the part I was most proud of. I did great.
3. I see myself only as an entrepreneur. Nothing more. Nothing less. I am certain I moved closer to developing an entrepreneurial mindset.
4/. To students in the future. Go with your hearts. No tips from me because I want you to be surprised by the sheer joy you receive from this class. To perform the best, pass the test. Foster that mindset by sleeping well!

29A – Venture Concept No. 2
OPPORTUNITY
The product that I am offering with this venture is an application service that provides a more efficient way to save customers time when doing laundry duties around campus. With my product, people will be able to have a productive way to perform their laundry duties through incentivization tactics of offering a point based system for use that users accrue and eventually use for free laundry. This also include status updates to laundry cycles as well as any errors. The forces changing this opportunity are the laundry vendors and the institutions like universities for which they are held. Customers are satisfying this need currently with stopwatch applications on mobile devices. They are loyal to their product yet can be enticed with a better, more efficient product. This opportunity is potentially massive if properly capitalized on. This window of opportunity will be open for another 5 years until all laundry machines are integrated with more advanced software.
INNOVATION
My application service will give users the critical power of being able to check the status of laundry on university campuses and potentially worldwide. Not only this, but there will a point-based system that incentivizes uses by the user. In this fashion, using the product will pay for itself and save customers the most valuable asset, time. I plan to offer the application on a free basis with a premium of $5 a month to use.
VENTURE CONCEPT
The opportunity that I have focused on is the unfortunate byproduct of using university laundry machines for which there is no advanced system in place to alert a user of its laundry status. My service will save the user time and subsequently money with its incentivization aspect. The users will switch to this product because of this. Virility of the product will ensure that it becomes a paramount aspect of student culture. There appear to be no competitors in sight, with the only weakness being gatekeepers. Price points are fairly reasonable and customer experience will vary depending on laundry usage. I would organize this business by having it backed by vendors. A maintenance and marketing crew will be needed to ensure success.
THREE MINOR ELEMENTS
The most important resource of the service will be its accessibility and marketability to college students. With my experience as a college student, I know my customer well. Also the product's novelty makes it hard to compete with. The next opportunity with my innovation will be its expansion to all laundry machines nationwide. Current customers will receive more benefits until its practically your job. In five years I want this venture to be a global pandemic level organization. I want to be all powerful. I want to rule the world. This is aligned with my vision since my conception.
REFLECTION
I have made the decision to not revise my venture concept as my original one was already solid. Hope everyone enjoys the changes.

28A – Your Exit Strategy
1. My business is...BOOMING. Or it will be in the next 5 years. I plan on taking this company global. This will not be the last you hear of my laundry application conglomerate. I will stay with this business until the day I perish. This will not be a family business. Only my own. This is my business after all.
2. I have selected this strategy because I am a one man show. I know my business like nobody's business. I have chosen the right answer to the right question. This is right.
3. My exit strategy perfectly coincides with all of my other decisions. They have been calculated and reassuring, as usual. I have so many opportunities to identify, but this is the one. I have grown so much and I will acquire all the resources. I can do this because my company is a success.

27A – Reading Reflection No. 3
The book that I have chosen is How to Fail at Almost Everything and Still Win Big by Scott Adams.
1. This was by far the most fascinating book that I have picked up in this wonderful class. It discusses the life and liberties of one Scott Adams. He details the fame, the fortune, the methods, and the success. By far the most valuable asset to this novel was the myriad of lifelong lessons that he hath bestowed unto us. So take heed to your time, and maximize your efficiency.
2. I particularly enjoyed this novel for its deep connection to the current lessons in the class. With the knowledge blessed unto us by Scott Adams, I have seen the truth behind my failures and I have learned to grow and always fail correctly - by succeeding.
3. An exercise possibility that would work tremendously in this class was advised to me by a dear colleague and I had to continue his words of wisdom so that I too may potentially facilitate its practice! I would have a student list future goals and then logically break down how to accomplish these goals! Success is inevitable!
4. Scott Adams is a card. He tells us not to focus on goals. What do we focus on? How do we achieve? But now I know you have to create a system. You have to prepare. You have to conquer your enemies. Divide. Conquer. Multiply. Add. Subtract. Quantify.

26A – Celebrating Failure
1. This semester I have failed harder than I have ever before. In honor of the great Kobe Bryant, I have been determined to make the classic "Kobe" shot of trash into my kitchen garbage can every day on the first try. Unfortunately (due to human error, gravity, and corona virus) I have failed greatly on this mission. In fact, on nearly all attempts except for the very last one, I have missed, sending my garbage tumbling onto the floor, leaving great heaping trails of the thickest lasagna this side of the Mississippi to clump in a decimated pile on the cold and barren tile floor.
2. From this tremendously unfortunate circumstance, I have learned perseverance and determination that has culminated to ultimately aid in my quest to become a leader and a positive character in my community. I have triumphed.
3. Failure...is easy. Success...is difficult. I now know that through my trials and tribulations we will overcome. I have handled failure in every way conceivable until there was no other possible means of failure except for success. This class has changed my perspective on failure. I am more likely to take that risk that I was hesitant to take a few months ago. The only way I know how to fail is by succeeding.

25A- What's Next?
Existing Market
1. Continuing with my product I will develop its application in its its entirety.
2. Interview 1: Spoke on perfecting the incentivization aspect of my service.
Interview 2: Spoke about using my current network to test out my service.
Interview 3: Provided great insight into the laundry industry and how my service may have stringent opposite from this evil conglomerate.
3. I plan on having a mass marketing campaign to local universities and its students. This will include Instagram, Turlington Tabling, Turlington Flyers, and Turlington Dissapointment. Subsequently I will expand to other states and other universities until I have conquered the entire world under one rule.
New Market:
1. The new market that I have found is in family homes in order to expand the business to a more personal level.
2. This would be more successful with a highly advanced and creative marketing campaign to spread awareness and garner support.
3. The two interviews that I held explained that my product would be successful if I did indeed market with comedic overtones and longstanding silences.
4. I learned that this new market provides many opportunities. I was extremely surprised by this. I am still in shock. All of my assumptions were correct. I have made it.
The new market is much better than the old one. This one is newer. It also has many more people than just University students so I can expand as far as the eyes can see. I can expand as far the Internet, and the Internet is one of the biggest, most inconceivable things there is. Also on the attractability scale this is hot. Scalding. Hot. Scalding hot.
